2.Description
Automatic glue spraying machine represents the roller device, modular type. The length of the individual module - 1,0 m that makes is possible to mount the device of needed length with discrete 1,0 m. The machine is mounted on the basis of special aluminium profiles of system ”ARI metal” Aluminium Profile System. The maximal width of a strip of drawn glue is 1200 mm. The width of a strip can be regulated by blocking the supply of glue through nozzles. Each nozzle can be blocked. The machine has its own control panel which makes it possible to set the length of run, the speed of movement of the carriage, the amount of drawn glue. (It is not shown in the picture).
3.The Work of the machine
Steel sheet moves out of the profiling machine to the receiving roller device. On reaching the set length the process of profiling stops and a sheet is cut by the guillotine. After that the sheet is positioned with the help of stops, the working run of the carriage starts. The carriage, in accordance with the programme, smoothly starts moving faster at the section of speeding up till the working speed. By the signal of a sensor indicating the sheet edge reaching, drawing of glue starts. Thus, glue moves from the beginning of a sheet edge with fixed consumption. After sheet reaching the sensor indicating the sheet ending, the drawing of glue instantly stops and there is a process of braking of the carriage. After the full stop of the carriage, the process of return idling to the parking place is automatically switched. The carriage goes back at the increased speed. After return of the carriage the programme comes to the start point and again waits for the running command. If there happens a long functioning break of the machine (from 30 min up to 3 - 5 days) the comb with nozzles is placed into a tray with technical oil which prevents glue hardening. If it is planned to stop the work of the machine for the period of more than 5 days the outlets of nozzles are closed by supplementary, and the comb is also placed into a tray with oil. If the break of work is more than 2 weeks it would be the best way to wash out all the system beginning from the glue capacity up to nozzles with solvent, then to fill with a little amount of technical oil, and to preserve it in this way. The nozzles of a watering comb are quickly changed, the spare nozzles are applied.
4.The Price of for Automatic glue spraying machine
( The machine contains: the capacity, the system of mechanical carriage moving, the system of glue drawing, the control panel with automatics.
5.Updating of the machine
Additional equipment of the machine by the device for spraying the drawn layer of glue by fine water fog during the reverse motion of the carriage is possible. In this case the machine is equipped with capacity for water, the water pump, system of dispersion and additional devices of controlling at the general control panel.
Now for the glue machine there has been developed and put into practice a new improved design of watering combs. Now each of 120 watering nozzles has its locking needle which provides overlapping of a nozzle in a non-working condition. System of nozzles lock-out works at a pneumatic drive, for this purpose the compressor is included in the complete set of delivery. Controlling the nozzles lock-out is done automatically. The system provides the machine’s higher reliability of work, as well as its simple service.
